Delivery & Returns

Delivery Lead Times:

Ireland – 7 working days
UK* – 7 working days
Europe – 2 weeks
USA / Canada – 2 to 3 weeks
ROW – 3 weeks

Please note that the above lead times are guidelines and not definitive; if you need an order urgently, please email us with your desired delivery/collection date and we will let you know if this is possible. 

Delivery Service:

We use An Post postal service for all our deliveries. This is a fully tracked service, and we will email you your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. 

Note for UK* deliveries: due to Brexit, orders to the UK may incur a customs and/or VAT charge for which the recipient of the order will be liable to pay; this is outside of our control. 

We ship framed photographs worldwide on a weekly basis, and we may use an acrylic glaze for safe shipping. All our deliveries are insured, so in the rare event of damage to your order during transit, please contact us and we will resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Returns:

Should you wish to return your Aidan Tarbett  photograph, we are happy to refund the cost of your order (excluding delivery). You must return your order within 28 days of receiving it to be entitled to a refund or exchange. 

To return your order, simply send your photograph to the address below in its original condition and its original packaging, and we will arrange a refund upon receipt of your returned order.
