Overview
These terms govern your use of aidantarbett.com and any purchase made through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
The Works
All photography on this site is the original work of Aidan Tarbett and is protected by copyright. No image may be reproduced, downloaded, printed or used in any form without prior written permission.
Orders
All prints are produced to order. By placing an order you are entering into a contract to purchase the specified work at the agreed price.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is incorrectly priced or described. In such cases a full refund will be issued promptly.
Order confirmation will be sent by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours please contact hello@aidantarbett.com.
Limited Editions
Each limited edition print is produced in a strictly numbered edition. The edition number is recorded at the time of order and confirmed on the certificate of authenticity accompanying the print.
Once an edition is sold out it will not be reprinted under any circumstances.
Artist Proofs are produced alongside the numbered edition and are clearly identified as such on their certificate.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken at the time of order.
Production & Dispatch
All prints are produced to order and require 5–7 working days before dispatch. During busy periods this may extend to 10 working days. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. We strongly recommend that you ensure adequate insurance for high value orders.
Damage in Transit
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@aidantarbett.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
We are unable to accept claims for damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
Returns
As all prints are produced to order we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit. This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
Curated Works
Works available through the Curated section are sold by private enquiry. No contract of sale exists until both parties have agreed terms in writing by email and payment has been received. We reserve the right to withdraw any work from sale at any time prior to that point.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, text, and design is the property of Aidan Tarbett Photography and may not be used without written permission. Purchasing a print confers no intellectual property rights over the image.
Liability
We take every care to ensure prints are accurately represented on this website. However screen calibration and display settings vary and we cannot guarantee that colours will appear identical on every device.
Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your purchase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
